This was a super easy protein bite recipe. It would even have been delicious without the “surprise” in the middle or chocolate on top for a quicker make. But, I love the sweet pop of the surprise in the middle and the dark chocolate drizzle was a perfect addition as a topping. These things probably would have been gone by now but I’m saving them to bring to my yoga class today. I hope they like them! I hope you enjoy them as well 🙂

I wanted to make a raw, earthy protein bite. I decided to give raw zucchini + raw sweet potato a try. Complete success! 🙌 I made the first version in vanilla because I really wanted to see how the flavors went together. The next batch of these will be in chocolate and I’m sure they will be just as delicious. These earth bites will give you sustained energy and protein to get you through a long day.

Old faithful right here. Back a few years ago, this was the very first recipe for protein bars that I ever made. I still make them to this day and follow basically the same recipe. Just add a few extras if I’m feeling like it. They are so good and an easy go-to snack. We have a long drive tomorrow so we will need these bites to keep us fueled!

These bites are airy and light, not dense like the usual protein bar. 😍 The salty cashew/coconut combo on the outside pairs deliciously with the sweet chocolate/pumpkin medley on the inside. 😋 Pumpkin seeds and carob chips add the perfect crunch to these bites. These are the perfect post-dinner, post-workout or just middle of the day sweet treat! ❤ Try this out and you will not be disappointed, let me know what you think!

I used to love raw cookie dough…licking the bowl, the spoon and even eating the cookies before they went into the oven! I don’t know many people who don’t like it, as a matter of fact. Usually cookie dough is loaded with sugar, white flour, butter and eggs. It is definitely not something healthy to be snacking on. That is why I decided to make a clean, healthy, protein-packed recipe to snack on and I think I’ve come up with a winner.
