I’ve been wanting to make some crackers for a while now, so I decided to make some sweet ones last night. These are sweet cinnamon crackers made with a mix of 5 different powerhouse seeds and sun warrior protein powder…definitely nutrient packed! After tasting this crunchy treat, I realized that they could be used for so much more than just crackers! This morning I used these as cereal. (I haven’t had cereal in months too so I was super excited!) These double-duty protein crackers are a great treat for any time if the day!

1⃣In a bowl mix:
🔹1/4c pumpkin seeds
🔹1/4c chia seeds
🔹1/4c sesame seeds
🔹1/4c sunflower seeds
🔹1/4c flax seed
🔹1/2c desiccated coconut
🔹1sc vanilla sun warrior protein powder
🔹1T maca powder
🔹1T honey
🔹1t molasses
🔹1t vanilla extract
🔹1t cinnamon
🔹1/2c almond milk
2⃣mixture should be pretty dry but combine when pressed together. Press flat onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper (about 1/4″ thick)
3⃣Press knife into mixture into whatever design you want your crackers
4⃣Bake at 325F for 20-30 min (until edges brown and dries out to “cracker” consistency. May need to flip and bake on other side too depending on how moist your mixture was.)
5⃣Serve alone, with a fruit salsa, as cereal…however you’d like!
