Need that extra boost of energy from caffeine mid-day? Don’t reach for a cup of coffee…reach for these! Protein bites with a kick of caffeine. Yumm! I love anything coffee flavored so these are perfect for me and a lot of you out there who love coffee!

Caramel Macchiato Protein Bites
1⃣Combine in bowl and mix well
🔹1/2c oats
🔹1/2c oat flour
🔹3sc vanilla protein powder
🔹1/4c coconut flour
🔹1/4c almonds, chopped
🔹1/4c macadamia nuts, chopped
🔹1/4c instant coffee granules
🔹1/4c flax seed
2⃣Add in wet and combine
🔹1/4c greek yogurt
🔹1/4c honey
🔹1/4c coconut oil, melted
🔹1t vanilla extract
🔹1t caramel extract
🔹1/4c peanut butter, melted
🔹1/8c almond milk
3⃣Roll into bites and refrigerate. Even better the next day when the coffee had fully infused!
