In need of a quick, healthy snack idea? This cucumber salad has a only a few ingredients and takes about two minutes to make! It’s also a great make-ahead snack to have in the fridge on hand.

Cucumber Salad
1⃣In a small bowl (that has a top) mix:
🔹1/2c vinegar
🔹1/4t salt
🔹1/4t black pepper
🔹1/4t crushed red pepper (omit if you don’t want it spicy)
🔹1/4t garlic powder
2⃣Slice a cucumber into vinegar dressing. Cover and shake to combine. Delicious right away or after a few minutes in the fridge when the flavors have marinated the cucumbers.

**I keep the vinegar that is left in the bowl and cut another cucumber right into it for next time!**
**Can also add in other veggies (green peppers, carrots, onions…) and it would be delicious as well!**
