Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Bites

๐Ÿ”น2c canned pure pumpkin
๐Ÿ”น1/4 c oat bran
๐Ÿ”น1/4c coconut flour
๐Ÿ”น1/4c greek yogurt
๐Ÿ”น2T cocoa powder
๐Ÿ”น1T stevia
๐Ÿ”น1t coconut oil
๐Ÿ”น1/2t pumpkin pie spice
2โƒฃStir in and roll into bites
๐Ÿ”น1/4c pumpkin seeds with sea salt (or plain)
๐Ÿ”น1/4c carob chips (or dark chocolate chips)

2โƒฃMix ground cashews with 1/4c shredded coconut in small bowl
