Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Bites
1⃣Mix in a bowl
🔹3 scoops chocolate protein powder
🔹2c canned pure pumpkin
🔹1/4 c oat bran
🔹1/4c coconut flour
🔹1/4c greek yogurt
🔹2T cocoa powder
🔹1T stevia
🔹1t coconut oil
🔹1/2t pumpkin pie spice
2⃣Stir in and roll into bites
🔹1/4c pumpkin seeds with sea salt (or plain)
🔹1/4c carob chips (or dark chocolate chips)

1⃣ In coffee grinder, ground up 1/4c salted cashews
2⃣Mix ground cashews with 1/4c shredded coconut in small bowl
3⃣Roll small bites around to coat with cashew/coconut combo and refrigerate
**If you use plain cashews, I recommend adding sea salt to the mixture, it really adds a great contrasting flavor!**
