So moist and yummy…these were gone way too fast. Banana+blackberry combo is killer! Super easy recipe, just put everything in the blender, pour, bake and eat. Nothin’ to it for a quick, grab on the go snack.

Blackberry Banana Protein Muffin Pops
1⃣Mix all ingredients in a blender
🔹1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
🔹1 scoop vanilla sun warrior protein powder
🔹1 ripe banana
🔹2 egg whites
🔹2/3c oat flour
🔹1/2c greek yogurt
🔹1T coconut flour
🔹1T honey
🔹1T coconut oil
🔹1t stevia
🔹1t baking powder
🔹1t vanilla extract
2⃣Pour in greased muffin pop tray and top with a blackberry
3⃣Bake at 325F for 20-25min or until nothing comes out when poked with a toothpick

**Update:
I just made these again but doubled the recipe and used cottage cheese in place of greek yogurt. Tasted exactly the same. Topped with blackberries and peach this time!
